Seven generations of bakers in Salento, southern Italy, precede the dedication and commitment of the Buccolieri brothers to bring to tables the best artisan pizzas. Their project began on the island, enchanted by the waves and the quality of rock in Tenerife for climbing practice.
Their pillar is the familiarity and atmosphere of the place, where smiles and the desire to share are never missing. They aim to keep the flavour of their land alive and serve it at the tables; however, pizzas and sports are not their only passion. Their intention is to share the beauty of the Canary Islands, being an active part in preserving the natural spaces that welcome and enrich them.
They believe in days full of challenges, sunrises, good food, music, sunsets, peaks to conquer, and projects to finish. Driven by the desire to live life to the fullest and grow as a community, the vibrant experience of climbing the rock is not easy to describe in words.
