In fact, Radio Sabich is not a simply vegetarian place, as everything is made with local products, from food to drink. This also explains the choice of offering in the menù just 6 alternatives of dishes: it is in compliance with their choice to bring precisely a special orient taste. It is not just a logistic choice, but this is a way of contributing to the sustainability of the island, as it prevents the waste of food, and the freshness of all products.
The careful chef tries to open their fresh products meticulously. Incredibly it has worked: since they opened nothing was wasted! To be consistent with the local provenance of all products, even each wine bottle of the various wine list or any bottle of alcohol is from Spain or from the canary’s territory. The firm vegetarian and vegan principles are not set aside even with the choice of drinking: delicious smoothies made with the fresher product of surrounding lands are waiting for you.
The concept of sustainability is complex and always not well understood: this is an example of people who come from outside the Canary islands and care about it. Therefore, not only are all the suppliers of the restaurant local, but the whole restaurant was built with their help. As a consistent proof of building this place for the island, the owner is projecting to allocate part of the profit to finance local projects.
To make the ambience even more comfortable and homely, there is the option via the menu of choosing music. In fact, the restaurant provides a personal RADIO from which each customer can choose the song he or she likes best.
