Massimiliano is a minimalist designer and has personally designed and renovated the structure, taking care of every single millimetre. The result is sensational! Refinement and elegance reign in the ambience in perfect harmony with the surrounding, without compromising on comfort.

Set among the limestone and volcanic stones, the exclusive place offers four two-bed rooms with exquisite and intimate details. Each room offers a specific comfort that guests can choose according to their needs.

A dip into the vastness of the unspoiled environment of the enchanted place, protected by the mountain behind, will give you moments of pure contact with the majestic and preponderant nature. In the absolute silence and calm dictated by the ambiance, you will breathe peace and relax.

A fragrant freshly squeezed fruit juice and an energizing breakfast will wake you up in the morning in front of the bewitching landscape accompanied by Laura’s radiant smile. In addition, exclusively for guests, the couple offers to prepare delicious and fragrant dinners.
Sustainable choices
Massimiliano and Laura have set their entire business on eco-sustainability. After becoming partners of the Reserva de la Biosfera de Fuerteventura, their commitment and dedication has been rewarded by mentions in Rusticae and in the ranking of the Best sustainable rural hotels in Europe.

Alma Calma has even been refurbished with sustainable materials including recycled wood and limestone, the main material used for construction in the Canary Islands, and traditional techniques, following the characteristics of the landscape.











The hotel overlooks a very well-kept garden that exhibits an abundance of flowers and shrubs collected over the years of autochthonous species, which contribute to a comfortable and cosy ambience and give an extra quid to the atmosphere. To provide water for the plants, they use recycled water or rainwater previously collected in cisterns.

Meal products are km0 from local production or from the small orchard they tend daily. Although they have adopted innovative recycling methods, including organic composting, they contribute to the reduction of plastic by totally eliminating its use, for example offering organic aloe soap from local production.
