The building where the restaurant is now located used to be entirely a domestic dwelling. All dishes are strictly prepared following the traditional recipes of Efigenia’s parents and the flavours are eagerly preserved due to the consistency of the products used, which come directly from the Finca’s crops. Unique and incomparable tastes, gift to your taste buds an unforgettable explosion of pleasure. Efigenia cares about spreading the motto of comida natural with whom she grew up during her childhood. Her relatives were always very careful during her childhood about food and its origin, so she decided to uphold the family tradition and transmit her secret with her customers, keeping the aromas alive.

The dwellings are nestled in the island’s lush green vegetation and their construction doesn’t disrupt the landscape at all. The combination of the rural houses and the plantations provides an agreeable feeling of peacefulness. The authentic and essential structure matches the authenticity of the landscape. To further contribute to the preservation of the immaculate surrounding landscape, the owners have decided to engage in solar panels for renewable energy and responsible waste disposal.
